Procurement of Refrigeration Equipment Local (Package 28-B) on DDP Basis for Establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of refrigeration equipment local (Package 28-B) on DDP basis for the establishment of Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II at G-11/3, Islamabad. This procurement includes supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of refrigeration equipment with a delivery schedule of 90 days after issuance of the letter of award. Items being procured: - Refrigerator Drugs Ward 16 CFT Local PEL or Equivalent, Quantity: 18 - Refrigerator Laboratory 158 Liters, Quantity: 12 - Refrigerator Pharmacy 158 Liters, Quantity: 4 The technical specifications require digital temperature control with display, temperature range 2-8 deg C, magnetic glass doors, adjustable shelves, alarm system with battery backup, CFC free refrigerant, and 220V 50 Hz AC power. The equipment must be complete with all parts and accessories including cables, leads, filters, and consumables. A one-year warranty with a post-warranty service contract for five years including parts is mandatory. Bidders must provide clinical and application training for operators at the installation site.
