Procurement of Refurbishment of Mechanical Press

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the procurement of refurbishment of a mechanical press. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Refurbishment of Mechanical Press as detailed in Appendix-I to Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 8 months after signing of the contract. Bidders must submit a comprehensive set of documents including photocopy of registration, pre-qualification, indexation letter issued by HIT, attested registration certificate from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last year, attested CNIC of Managing Director, trade link with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no default or blacklisting, details of contracts for last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations, copy of registration letter with government or semi-government organizations if any, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 in favor of Director SCM, HIT Taxila enclosed with the Technical Bid. The tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening at 1100 hours the same day.
