Procurement of Renovation, Partitioning, Electrical, HVAC, Furniture & IT Work on Turnkey Basis by Punjab Information Technology Board

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for PROCUREMENT OF RENOVATION, PARTITIONING, ELECTRICAL, HVAC, FURNITURE & IT WORK ON A TURNKEY BASIS for a project implemented by PITB in Lahore. Items being procured: - Renovation work - Partitioning - Electrical work - HVAC installation - Furniture supply and installation - IT work The procurement will be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and can be downloaded. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 1100 hours on 08 October 2026, with bid opening at 1130 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure timely uploading of bids and complete conformity with tender documents. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Income/Sales tax registration certificate and other required documents must accompany the bids. For electronic bid submission, bidders must register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. This turnkey project requires experienced contractors capable of handling multi-disciplinary works including civil renovation, electrical, HVAC, furniture, and IT infrastructure. Earnest money of Rs. 2,800,000 (CDR/Pay Order) is fixed.
