Procurement of Retrofitting Conversion Kits on FOR Basis

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of Retrofitting Conversion Kits on FOR basis. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Items being procured: - Procurement of Retrofitting Conversion Kits (FOR Basis) as per Annexure 'A'. The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letters issued by HIT, registration letters with government or semi-government organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates issued by the Sales Tax Department, and NTN certificates. Additionally, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links between the firm and OEM (if distributor or agent), and a judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not a defaulter or blacklisted by any government organization are required. A detailed list of contracts/work experience for the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be provided. A postal order of Rs 2000/- should be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for collection and submission of tender documents is 04 September 2026 at 1030 hours, with tender opening on the same day and time.
