Procurement of Rikshaw by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Rikshaw (quantity as per Annexure 'A') The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration, pre-qualification, or indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations if any. Attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates are required. Audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, and attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director must be provided. Trade links between the firm and OEM are necessary for distributors or agents. A judicial paper worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 years with government or semi-government organizations is required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 01 September 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender documents collection closes on 01 September 2026 at 10:30 hours. Tender opening will be available on the PPRA website. Bidders are advised to carefully review the checklist attached at Section-C and ensure all required documents are complete to avoid disqualification.
