Procurement of Rikshaw

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is specifically for Rikshaws, with a delivery period of 2 months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - Rikshaw (quantity as per annexure A) This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila. Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical bid including photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT, DGP, MoDP, government or semi-government organizations if any. Attested copies of sales tax registration certificates and NTN certificates are mandatory. Financial credibility is demonstrated through audit reports of the last three financial years and attested bank statements for the last year. Identification documents such as attested CNIC copies of the CEO or Director are required. Trade links with OEMs must be documented for distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization is essential. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years or relevant works experience with government or semi-government organizations must be provided. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila.
