Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for important infrastructure works in Batkhela, Malakand. This procurement notice covers two key works: ongoing road and bridge maintenance and repair, and accommodation maintenance at the DHQ Hospital Batkhela.
Items being procured:
- AOM&R to all Govt Roads & Bridges during the year 2026-27 including sub head emergent nature work in Tehsil Batkhela Thana Baizai
- Maintenance & Repair Work of Govt Accommodation at DHQ Hospital Batkhela
The first work involves annual maintenance and repair of roads and bridges under emergent conditions as per work orders. The second work focuses on maintenance and repair of government accommodation facilities at the district headquarters hospital. Both works require contractors with PEC categories C-6 & above for roads and bridges, and C-4 & above for accommodation, with relevant codes.
Bidders must submit bids electronically via the E-PADS system by 18th September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bid security and tender fees are specified for each work, and detailed instructions including submission of CDRs and call deposits are provided. Contractors quoting rates more than 10% below or above the engineer's estimate must provide additional security.
