Procurement of Sexed Sorted Semen (Holstein Friesian Female Only)

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, based in Peshawar, invites bids for the procurement of Sexed sorted semen (Holstein Friesian female only). This procurement is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure, targeting manufacturers or sole distributors/importers. Items being procured: - Sexed sorted semen (Holstein Friesian female only) Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids separately online via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 20th October 2026. The bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Thursday, 8th October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same venue. Bidders may submit queries or suggestions online through EPADS before the pre-bid meeting. Mandatory bid security/Earnest Money of Rupees Six Million (Rs.60,00,000/-) must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This must be original and from the account of the sole distributor/importer from the principal manufacturer(s). Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 (1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
