All bidders will be required to deposit a sum of Rs 10,000/- (refundable) on bank draft as Call Deposit Return (CDR) in the name of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat, which will be released to the contractor on successful termination and final settlement of delivery of contracted items. The representative of firms/contractors must physically attend the tender along with their bidding documents on 10 September 2026 at Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat. Tender documents can be dropped in the tender box before 10:00 am and will be opened on same date at 10:30 am. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The bids shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the financial proposal and technical proposal. The envelopes shall be marked as "FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" and "TECHNICAL PROPOSAL" in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion. No financial/technical bids will be accepted after due date and time. Firm will be advised to clearly mention "NON BLACKLISTED FIRM" from any official/Government/Semi Government Organization. Firm of the owner will deposit NTN Certificate, affidavit to assess the financial health for the firm, last year tax return certificate vetted by FBR, Bank statement of last six months and copy of owner CNIC.
