Procurement of Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computers for NADRA HQ Islamabad

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Headquarters in Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computers under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-82/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to equip NADRA with modern computing hardware to support its operations. Items being procured: - Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computer (Quantity: 7 units) The technical specifications for the desktop computers include a 13th Generation Intel Core i-5 or equivalent processor with a minimum speed of 4.0 GHz, Microsoft Windows 11 Professional 64-bit OEM pre-installed, 16 GB DDR5 RAM, 256 GB PCIe NVMe SSD storage, and standard integrated graphics. The display should be 21-23 inches Full HD IPS anti-glare or higher. Connectivity options include 802.11ax/802.11 wireless and Gigabit Ethernet. Accessories include wireless keyboard and mouse. Expansion slots include 2 PCI-E slots and a pre-installed 6-port RS-232 multi-port serial card. System ports must include at least 2 USB 3.0 or higher, 1 HDMI, 1 RJ45 Ethernet port, and 1 Display Port. No optical drive is required. A standard one-year warranty is mandatory, and no part of the desktop should reach end of support during the warranty period. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid NTN and GST registrations, be active on the FBR ATL list, submit an affidavit for non-blacklisting, attach a letter of bid with technical and financial proposals, and provide a bid security of 5%. Qualification criteria include submission of company profile with relevant experience over the last two years, bank statements for the last year, and warranty/service commitment for one year. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on August 6, 2026. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the NADRA Procurement Department at the State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-i-Jamhuriat, G-5/2, Islamabad before the bid submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
