Procurement of Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computer

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) headquartered in Islamabad Capital Territory is inviting bids for the procurement of Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computers under the contract reference P64349 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to support NADRA's operational needs with modern computing equipment. Items being procured: - Small Form Factor Tower Desktop Computer (Quantity: 7 units) The technical specifications for the desktop computers include a 13th Generation Intel Core i-5 or equivalent processor with a minimum speed of 4.0 GHz, Microsoft Windows 11 Professional 64-bit OEM pre-installed licensed version, 16 GB DDR5 RAM minimum, 802.11ax/802.11 connectivity, Gigabit Ethernet, standard integrated graphics, 21-23 inch FHD IPS anti-glare display, wireless keyboard and mouse, 2 PCI-E expansion slots, 1 PCI Express RS-232 multi-port serial card with 6 ports, standard system ports including USB 3.0 or higher, HDMI, RJ45 Ethernet, and Display Port. No optical drive is included. The warranty period is standard 1 year with no part of the desktop reaching end of support during the warranty. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform with a single stage two envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit their bids electronically by the deadline. The bid security amount is Rs. 40,000 and must be submitted in original before the bid closing time at NADRA HQ in Islamabad. The delivery location is NADRA Central Store, G-9 (New Blue Area), Islamabad with a delivery schedule of 60 days.
