Procurement of Spare Parts for Installation of MONARCH Electronic Control System in ORONA Passenger Elevators at FDOC Islamabad

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Government of Pakistan, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit e-bids through PPRA/EPADS V2.00 for the procurement of spare parts for installation of MONARCH Electronic Control System in ORONA Passenger Elevators No. 01, 02 & 04 installed at Plot No. 17 & 18, Fine Dining & Office Complex (FDOC), I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Spare parts for MONARCH Electronic Control System - Installation services for ORONA Passenger Elevators No. 01, 02 & 04 The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Least Cost selection in accordance with Public Procurement Rules & Regulations. Bidders must submit a mandatory non-refundable Bid Fee of Rs. 5,000/- and a refundable Bid Security of PKR 250,000/- in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee in favor of PRIMACO Islamabad (NTN: 2795350-5) before the bid submission deadline. Eligibility criteria include company credentials with verifiable documents, registration with SECP/Registrar of Firms/Sole Proprietor, valid Income Tax Registration with FBR/Tax Department (NTN), ATL registration for Income and Sales Tax, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming no blacklisting or litigation, and PEC registration in category C-6 & above with specialized code ME-03. Detailed qualification criteria are specified in the Bid Date Sheet (BDS) Clause No. 13.3 (b).
