Procurement of Spare Parts for Installation of MONARCH Electronic Control System in ORONA Passenger Elevators at FDOC, Islamabad

Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company (Pvt) Ltd (PRIMACO) on behalf of EOBI (Government of Pakistan) invites bids for the procurement of spare parts for the installation of MONARCH Electronic Control System in ORONA Passenger Elevators No. 01, 02 & 04 at Fine Dining & Office Complex (FDOC), I-8 Markaz, Islamabad. This procurement includes supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handing over of elevator modernization works on a turnkey basis. Items being procured: - Main Traction Machine (3 Nos.) - Elevator Control System (2 Nos.) - Connecting Rods (30 Nos.) - LCD Display Card for Car Operating Panel (3 Nos.) - LCD Display for Landing Operating Panel (15 Nos.) - Car Door with Operator (3 Nos.) - Door Sensor (3 Nos.) - Leveling Booster Plate (15 Nos.) - Leveling Booster (3 Nos.) - Main Hoisting Rope (2550 Rft.) - Teflon Pulley (9 Nos.) - Cabin & Machine Modification (Job for 3 elevators) - Counter Weight Pulley (3 Nos.) - Emergency Rescue Device (3 Nos.) - Main Guide Rail, Counterweight Guide Rail & Main Cabin Alignment (Job for 3 elevators) The scope covers complete modernization including removal of existing components, supply of brand new genuine parts compatible with existing systems, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty services. The contractor is responsible for all labor, supervision, tools, transportation, and safety measures during execution. Delivery and installation must be completed within 60 calendar days from the commencement date. The warranty period is one year from issuance of the Taking-Over Certificate, with defects liability for the same duration. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in category C-6 & above with ME-03 code, active ATL status, business setup proof, non-blacklisting affidavit, and experience of at least two similar elevator modernization projects each valued at minimum PKR 6 million within the last five years. Bid security of PKR 250,000 and tender fee of PKR 2,500 are required. Bids must be submitted electronically via PPRA EPADS by 10th September 2026 at 1400 hours. Bidders should ensure compliance with specifications, delivery schedule, and warranty terms. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated on a least cost basis. Payment will be made after successful completion and certification of each elevator installation, with retention money deducted as per contract terms.
