Procurement of Spare Parts and Repair of Unipower Trailer Gear Box and Clutch

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Tarbela Dam Project located in Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is procuring spare parts and repair services for the Unipower Trailer specifically the ZF 1600S Synchroma Gear Box with WSK 400 Converter and Clutch for the Base Workshop TDP for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is critical for maintaining operational efficiency at the Tarbela Dam Project and involves specialized mechanical components and repair work. The technical scope includes supply and repair of the gear box and clutch assemblies, requiring bidders to have relevant experience in mechanical works and repair of heavy machinery components. The site of work is the Base Workshop at Tarbela Dam Project, ensuring that all repairs meet the required standards for durability and performance. Eligible bidders must be Original Manufacturers, Authorized Distributors, or General Order Suppliers registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN). Experience in similar mechanical repair works and PEC registration in the relevant category will be advantageous. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the EPADS portal by 09 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of the Director (C&P), Tarbela Dam Project. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR amounting to PKR 81,658 must accompany the bid.
