304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers EME Khanewal Cantt invites bids for procurement of various spares as detailed in Annexure 'A' of the tender letter. Interested firms are requested to submit their bids along with a blank CDR for collection of detailed tender documents from the LP Office. Items being procured: - Various spares for electrical and mechanical equipment as per Annexure 'A' (specific item list not provided in the notice). The tender follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes. The technical offer must include 1 copy of the technical proposal and the commercial offer 1 copy of the commercial proposal. All rates quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes including GST, income tax, duty tax, and others, and must be in Pak Rupees only. Rates should be quoted for brand new stores with required country of origin documentation. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and HIT approved brands in indigenous category are acceptable. No quotations will be accepted without firm stamp on each page. Eligibility requires firms to clearly mention the total number of items quoted and provide proof of OEM/OPM/other brand procurement with delivery of stores including original invoices and shipping documents. Advance samples may be required and must be approved by TOB. Firms must have registration with 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt and provide principle proforma invoice, 100% applicability certificate, and trader link documents. Bids must be submitted by the closing date. Earnest money in the form of a blank CDR is required for participation. The tender validity is one year with CST validity until 30 June 2027. The depot reserves the right to extend validity as per PPRA rules.
