Procurement of Spares by 304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers Khanewal Cantt

304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers Khanewal Cantt intends to purchase the items as mentioned in Annexure 'A' to this letter. Detailed itemized list to be obtained from LP Office 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt. Firms eager to participate should bring blank CDR for collection of detailed tenders. Items being procured: - Spares for Electrical and Mechanical equipment as per Annexure 'A' (detailed list not provided in the notice). The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and Commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes. The Technical Offer must be marked as 'TECHNICAL OFFER IT 15/2026-27' and the Commercial Offer as 'COMMERCIAL/FINANCIAL OFFER IT 15/2026-27'. Both envelopes must be enclosed in one sealed envelope and submitted properly. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all government taxes including GST, Income Tax, Duty Tax, and others, and must be in Pakistani Rupees only. Only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and HIT approved brands should be quoted in the indigenous category. No rate will be accepted through fax or any other electronic medium. Firms must clearly mention the Make & Type / Equipment on their letterhead for which they are participating. No quotation will be accepted without firm stamp on each page. Technical and Commercial offers must contain proof of procurement for Genuine/OEM/OPM/other brand items, inspection of advance samples, original Proforma invoice, 100% applicability certificate, trader link between manufacturers and suppliers, and firm registration with 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt. CD must be submitted in PDF format/hard copy including Principle Proforma invoice and other documents. Firms are advised to carefully follow the instructions and ensure all required documents and earnest money (blank CDR) are submitted to avoid rejection on technical grounds. The tender fee is Rs 3000/- per set. The depot reserves the right to extend the validity of CST as per PPRA rules.
