Procurement of Spares for APC Rebuild Target

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for spares required for the APC Rebuild Target. Items being procured: - Spares for APC Rebuild Target as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 4 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration or pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or debarred, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection and submission of tender documents is 01 September 2026. Tender opening will be on the same day at 1100 hours.
