Procurement of Spares Items for 304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt

304 Spares Depot Electrical Mechanical Engineers (EME) Khanewal Cantt invites firms to participate in procurement of various spares items as detailed in Annexure 'A' available from the LP Office. Interested firms should bring a blank CD for collection of detailed tenders. Items being procured: - Various spares items as per Annexure 'A' (specific list not provided in the notice). The procurement follows PPRA Rule 36 (b) with a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes. The technical offer envelope must contain 1 copy of the Technical Offer marked 'TECHNICAL OFFER IT. 14/2026-27' and 1 copy of the Commercial Offer on a separate CD marked 'COMMERCIAL/FINANCIAL OFFER IT. 14/2026-27'. Both envelopes must be sealed and properly labeled. Tender fee of Rs 3000/- must be provided with the technical offer. Technical proposals without the tender fee will be rejected. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all government taxes including GST, Income Tax, Duty Tax, and others, valid till 30 June 2027. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only and include installation, training, commissioning, software updates, and literature including part catalogues and user manuals where applicable. Firms must clearly mention the total number of items quoted and submit a Quoted/Not Quoted list with the technical offer. Only indigenous brands approved by IT Directorate GHQ are acceptable. No quotations will be accepted without firm stamp on each page. Proof of procurement for genuine/OEM/OPM/other brand items must be provided with the technical offer along with original invoices and shipping documents. Advance samples may be requested and must be approved by the Technical Oversight Board (TOB).
