Tender Description
This procurement opportunity is for the supply of spares for escalators at Multan International Airport (MIAP), issued by the Pakistan Airports Authority in Multan under the Electronics & Appliances category. The department requires qualified suppliers to provide original and compatible spare parts for escalators, ensuring operational efficiency and safety at the airport. The delivery location is MIAP Multan, with a strict delivery timeline of 75 days from contract signing.
The scope includes supplying spares that meet the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents, accompanied by technical literature and OEM authorization where applicable. The procurement follows a single stage two envelop bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 36(b), requiring bidders to submit both technical and financial proposals electronically via the PPRA EPADS portal and physically in sealed envelopes. The bid security of PKR 250,000 must be submitted with the technical bid, and a performance bond of 10% of the contract value is required upon award.
