Procurement of Spares for Hydraulic Press

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of spares for Hydraulic Press. Bidders must submit photocopy of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letter issued by HIT, attested registration certificate from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports of last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for last year, attested CNIC of MD, trade link certificate with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no default or blacklisting, details of contracts or work experience with government or semi-government organizations, registration letter with government/semi-government organizations if any, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director SCM, HIT Taxila. Tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:30 hours with opening at 11:00 hours on the same day.
