Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing NTN Certificates for the supply of spares for the Hydraulic Autorettage Facility. Procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Bidders must submit a photocopy of registration, pre-qualification, and indexation letter issued by HIT, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificate, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statement for the last year, attested CNIC copy of MD, trade link certificate between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming firm is not blacklisted or defaulter, details of contracts or work experience with government or semi-government organizations for the last 3 years, copy of registration letter with government/semi-government organizations if any, and a postal order of Rs 2,000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director SCM, HIT Taxila.
