Procurement of Spares

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for spares as detailed in Annexure 'A'. Items being procured: - Procurement of Spares (detailed list attached in Annexure 'A') The delivery period for the spares is 3 months after signing the contract. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab. Bidders must ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and follow PPRA and MoDP rules. Required documents include photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEMs for distributors or agents, and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also mandatory. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is 20 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with submission closing at 11:00 hours the same day. Tender opening will be available on the PPRA website.
