Procurement of Spares

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for spares as detailed in the attached Annexure A. Items being procured: - Procurement of Spares (details attached in Annexure A) The delivery period for the contract is 2 months after signing. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab. Bidders must ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria outlined in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and follow PPRA and MoDP rules. Required documents include photocopies of registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, attested copies of Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link documentation between firm and OEM if applicable, a judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is 18 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, and the submission deadline is 18 August 2026 at 11:00 hours. Tender opening will be conducted on the PPRA website. Bidders are advised to carefully review the checklist attached at Section C of the bidding documents to ensure all required paperwork is complete.
