Procurement of Spares for Rebuild of 139 x Engine

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Spares for Rebuild of 139 x Engine as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit the following documents along with the checklist attached at Section – C at the time of submission: - Photocopy of Registration / Pre-qualification / Indexation letter issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organization (if any) - Attested copy of Registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department and copy of NTN certificate - Audit report of last 3 financial years - Attested Bank Statement for last one year - Attested copy of CNIC of CEO/Director - Trade link between firm and OEM (in case of distributor/agent) - Certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner stating firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization - Documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years / works experience with Govt / Semi Govt organization - Postal order of Rs 2000/- enclosed with Technical Bid in favour of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila Tender submission deadline is 08 September 2026 at 1030 hours, with opening at 1100 hours the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully review all eligibility criteria and ensure complete documentation to avoid disqualification.
