Procurement of Spares for Rebuild and Refurbishment

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for spares required for rebuild and refurbishment as per Annexure 'A'. Items being procured: - Spares required for rebuild and refurbishment as per Annexure 'A' (quantity and unit as per annexure) This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila, Punjab. The scope involves supplying specific spare parts essential for the rebuild and refurbishment of machinery or equipment, with delivery scheduled within two months after signing the contract. The technical details and exact list of spares are provided in the annexure attached to the tender documents. Eligibility criteria include valid registration or pre-qualification letters issued by HIT, DGP, MoDP, government or semi-government organizations. Bidders must provide attested copies of registration certificates, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO or Director, and trade links with OEMs if acting as distributors or agents. A judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred is also required. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations must be submitted. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The tender documents are available on the PPRA website. The last date for collection of tender documents is 24 August 2026. Tender submission deadline is 24 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
