Procurement of Spares for Rebuild/Refurbishment

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be carried out in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Spares required for Rebuild/Refurbishment as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or suspended, documentary evidence of contracts executed in last 3 financial years with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The tender submission deadline is 03 September 2026 at 10:30 hours, with opening at 11:00 hours the same day.
