Procurement of Spares for Rebuild of APCs

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for spares required for the rebuild of Armored Personnel Carriers (APCs) at Taxila. Items being procured: - Spares as per Annexure 'A' (quantity as per annexure) This procurement covers a 12-month delivery period after signing the contract. The scope involves supplying high-quality mechanical spare parts essential for the rebuild and maintenance of APCs, ensuring operational readiness and durability. The site of delivery and work is Heavy Industries Taxila, a premier defense manufacturing facility. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with HIT/DGP/MoDP or relevant government/semi-government organizations, attested copies of Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, and trade links with OEMs if acting as distributor or agent. Firms must also provide a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting or suspension by any government entity. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three years with government or semi-government organizations is required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents and submission is 18 August 2026, with submission at 10:30 hours and opening at 11:00 hours on the same day.
