Procurement of Spares for Rebuild of 139 x Engine

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules as per the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Items being procured: - Spares for Rebuild of 139 x Engine as per Annexure 'A' The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link evidence with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with Govt or Semi Govt organizations. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. The last date for tender submission is 31 August 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening at 1030 hours the same day. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website.
