Procurement of Spares for Rebuild and Refurbishment at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids for the procurement of spares required for rebuild and refurbishment at its Advance System Rebuild Factory (ASRF) located in Taxila Cantt. This procurement is critical for maintaining and upgrading defense equipment, ensuring operational readiness and longevity of key systems. Items being procured: - Turret Fan with Shield (various parts including Field Coil, Fan Blade, Motor, Carbon Brush) - Remote Switches and Gear - Blackout Lamps and associated components - Rotary Connectors and Ring Plates - Hull Fans with Shield and Frame - Headlights and Marker Lamps (Red & Green) - Battery Fuse Boxes and Starting Motors with multiple components - Expendable Soldering Paste, Soldering Wire, Soldering Iron - Insulation Tape, Thread Roll, Masking Tape (1 inch and 2 inch) - WD 40, Paints (White, Black, Red Oxide, Red, Grey, MB Green), Enamel Putty - Emery Papers (various grades) - Makeup Solution, Caustic Soda, Rainbow Passivation Powder, Hydrochloric Acid, Zinc Anod - Cotton Rags, Kerosene Oil, Petrol - Soap (Lifebuoy), Samad Bond Tube, Brightener, Overcoat - Various Switches, Lamps, Holders, Bulbs, and Electrical Components - Voltage Regulators, Master Relays, Fuse Holders, Connectors, Cables, Harness Sets - Optical Components including Periscopes, Telescopes, Lenses, Prisms - Instrument Gauges, Smoke Discharge Panels, Mechanical Repair Items - Various Screws, Nuts, Washers, Rubber Pads, Seals, and other miscellaneous hardware The technical scope includes supply of brand new, OEM-certified spares conforming to approved drawings and specifications. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs) mutually agreed before contract signing. Delivery period is 2 months after contract signing, with milestones linked to payment. The consignee is Advance System Rebuild Factory, HIT Taxila Cantt. Eligibility criteria require firms to possess valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and meet PEC category requirements as per DPP&I-35. Firms must submit audited financial reports for the last three years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and valid agency agreements where applicable. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid.
