Tender Description
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for the procurement of spares required for the repair and rebuild of Gunner Sights of Tank Al Zarar. This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at HIT Taxila Cantt, Punjab. The delivery period is 12 months after signing the contract, with the destination being the Advance System Rebuild Factory, HIT Taxila.

The technical scope includes supply of brand new, OEM-certified spares conforming to approved drawings and specifications. Inspection and testing will be conducted as per contract terms, with acceptance test procedures mutually agreed before contract signing. Warranty and performance guarantees are mandatory, with a warranty period of 12 months after acceptance. Firms must submit a bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order as per instructions. Eligibility requires valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must provide audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and other relevant documentation.
The tender submission deadline is **10:30 hours on 17 August 2026**, with bid opening at 11:00 hours the same day at the Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal (with muted bid security) and Financial Proposal (with actual bid security), both sealed and placed in a single envelope addressed to Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Shuja Chaudhry, Assistant Director Procurement, SCM Directorate, Gate No 05, Heavy Industries Taxila.
