Procurement of Spares for T-4 Colony at Civil and E&M Division F/Y 2025-26 on D.D.P basis

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through the Chief Engineer (O&M) T4 Hydel Power Station, Tarbela, invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for spares required for the T-4 Colony at Civil and Electrical & Mechanical Division for the financial year 2025-26 on a Delivery Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis. The contract performance period is 120 days. Items being procured: - Spares for T-4 Colony at Civil and E&M Division Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement method, evaluation criteria, bid validity, and performance guarantee are available for registered bidders on the EPADS 2.0 portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk). This advertisement is also published on the PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and WAPDA's official website. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 08.10.2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the officer's club, River View Colony, Tarbela. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Each bidder must furnish a bid security of PKR 58,000 in original in the form of a CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (O&M), T4 Extension Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Tarbela. The bid security must reach the office before the closing date and time.
