Procurement of Spares for T-4 Colony at Civil and E&M Division F/Y 2025-26

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through Chief Engineer (O&M) T4 Hydel Power Station, Tarbela invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and active on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for the procurement of spares for T-4 Colony at Civil and E&M Division for the financial year 2025-26 on D.D.P basis. The contract performance period is 120 days. Items being procured: - Spares for T-4 Colony at Civil Division - Spares for T-4 Colony at Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) Division Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement method, evaluation criteria, bid validity, and performance guarantee are available for registered bidders on EPADS 2.0 portal (https://pa.epads.gov.pk) and also on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) as well as WAPDA website. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 08.10.2026 at 1100 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives at the officer's club, River View Colony, Tarbela. The procurement follows a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Each bidder must furnish a bid security of PKR 58,000 in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (O&M), T4 Ext Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Tarbela. The bid security must reach the office on or before the closing date and time. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
