Procurement of Spares for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is specifically for spares as detailed in the attached Annexure A. Items being procured: - Procurement of Spares (detailed list attached in Annexure A) This procurement is managed by the Heavy Industries Taxila located in Taxila, Punjab. The delivery period for the spares is three months after signing the contract. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. The last date for collection of tender documents is 18 August 2026 at 10:30 hours, with submission closing at 11:00 hours the same day. Tender opening will be conducted as per the PPRA website schedule. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
