Procurement of Spares for Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of spares. The process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules, ensuring transparency and fair competition. The department is seeking firms with valid National Tax Number, Sales Tax Registration, and fulfillment of all eligibility criteria as outlined in the Standard Bidding Document. Items being procured: - Procurement of Spares (detailed list attached at Annexure A) The delivery period for the required spares is 6 months after the signing of the contract. Bidders must ensure that all documentation is complete, including registration/pre-qualification certificates, sales tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements for the last year, CNIC of CEO or Director, and proof of trade link with the OEM if acting as a distributor or agent. A certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100, attested by an Oath Commissioner, confirming that the firm is not blacklisted, suspended, or debarred by any government organization, is mandatory. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila, must be enclosed with the technical bid. The last date for collection of tender documents is 01 Sep 2026 at 1030 hours, and the deadline for submission is 01 Sep 2026 at 1100 hours. The tender opening will be conducted as per the schedule available on the PPRA website.
