Procurement of Spares and Towing Trolley at Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila, through its Supply Chain Management Directorate, invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration for the procurement of spares and towing trolley. The procurement is scheduled for Taxila Cantt, Punjab, with a delivery period of three months after signing the contract. Technical scope covers supply of brand new items conforming to approved drawings and specifications, with all latest modifications and OEM certificates. Inspection and testing will be conducted at supplier premises and consignee end, including visual, dimensional, material, fitment, and functional tests. Eligibility requires firms to be registered or provisionally pre-qualified with HIT, possess valid agency agreements, NTN, sales tax registration, and demonstrate financial soundness and past performance. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes, accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order.
