Procurement of Stationary Items for Islamabad Model College for Girls (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE))

The Islamabad Model College for Girls (Federal Directorate of Education (FDE)) located at Accountant Street No. 14, Sector G-14/4, Islamabad Capital Territory, invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of various stationary items for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must be registered and eligible as per the criteria including NADRA CNIC/NICOP, FBR NTN/GSTN registrations. Bid security in the form of Pay Order is required as specified in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will be conducted on the same day at 10:30 AM through EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders should register on EPADS v2.0 and may seek clarifications through the portal by October 1, 2026. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices.
