Procurement of Stationary Items for Special Security Unit SSU

The Office of the Commandant Special Security Unit SSU in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is inviting bids for the procurement of stationary items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Service Rules 2014 and targets manufacturers or their authorized distributors. Eligibility criteria include registration on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, and firms must have completed three to four similar or relevant tenders with the Police Department in previous financial years. Additionally, bidders must have at least one ongoing project with the police department at the time of bidding. A bid security of Rs. 50,000/- is mandatory, payable from a scheduled bank account in favor of the DDO Special Security Unit (CPEC) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Upon acceptance, a security deposit of Rs. 100,000/- in the form of a Call Deposit is required. Rates quoted must be in Pakistani Rupees, inclusive of all taxes, duties, charges, packing, and freight until delivery to the project site. Rates shall remain valid until 30.06.2027. Conditional tenders will not be entertained, and all taxes will be deducted as per government policy. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under KPPRA Rules 47(1). The last date for submission is **14/08/2026 up to 10:00 hrs**, with the opening of proposals at 11:00 hrs in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders or their representatives at the office of the Deputy Commandant SSU.
