Procurement of Stationary and Other Misc. Items for Archiving and Digitization of Record of Civil Service Academy-Lahore

The Civil Service Academy-Lahore (Civil Service Academy (CSA)) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of stationary and other miscellaneous items required for archiving and digitization of records at their Walton Road office in Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P127549. Items being procured: - Stationary Racks Iron, Fire-Graded Archival Standard Archival Rack (Size: 8'x4'x12'', approx.) with 04 Slotted Angles 1.5" x 1.5" (14 SWG), 06 MS Shelves (18 SWG), reinforcement, corner joints, nut bolts, powder coated finish, quantity: 40 - Corrugated Boxes for Stationary, Acid Free & Humidity Control (Size: L=16.5", W=14", H=12", Cover Height=2", approx.), quantity: 300 - Providing & Fixing/installation of 30 spot lights (10/20 Watt) with railings, quantity: 1 job - Fire Extinguisher (Dry Chemical Powder), 6 Kg size, portable type with pressure gauge and initial charge, Firechief brand, certified by Pakistan Standard & Quality Control Authority, quantity: 2 The technical scope includes supply and installation of archival standard racks, acid-free corrugated boxes, spot lighting, and fire safety equipment. All items must conform to the specifications and samples available at CSA. Bidders must provide original CDR, FBR registration (NTN), GST, PRA certificates, and demonstrate at least 3 years of relevant experience. Bid security in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit is mandatory. The delivery schedule is within 15 days of contract award. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids online.
