Tender Description
The School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites sealed bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a comprehensive procurement covering a wide range of goods and services. This tender is aimed at suppliers and firms registered with PPRA and relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The scope includes supply and repair services for machinery, transport, furniture, IT equipment, and office furnishings. The procurement is designed to support the operational needs of the School Education Department across Lahore, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and have experience in supplying or repairing the listed items. The contract will be awarded lot-wise to the lowest evaluated bidder after correction of arithmetic errors.
The technical and financial bids must be submitted online by **31st July 2025 at 11:00 AM**, with technical bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost per lot is mandatory, submitted as CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft in the name of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department. Original bid security must be submitted before bid opening.
