Procurement of Stationary and Other Store Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The District Health Office (Ministry of National Health Services Regulations and Coordination) Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids for the procurement of stationary and other store items under the current financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Stationary - Other store items The procurement will be conducted using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS 2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Eligibility requires compliance with PEC categories if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as per bid security requirements.
