Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, General Order/Miscellaneous Goods and Uniform Items through Closed Framework Agreement (FY 2026-27)

The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible, reputable firms and suppliers for entering into Closed Framework Agreements valid for one year (01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027). The procurement is for supply of stationery, computer stationery, general order/miscellaneous goods, and uniform items on an as-and-when-required basis against Call-Off/Purchase Orders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). Items being procured: - Lot-1: Stationery - Lot-2: Computer Stationery - Lot-3: General Order/Miscellaneous Goods - Lot-4: Uniform Items Each lot requires a bid security of Rs. 50,000. The procurement will be conducted lot-wise, with each lot evaluated and awarded independently. Bidders may quote for one, several, or all lots; however, partial or split bids within a single lot are not permitted. Quantities indicated are indicative annual estimates only, with actual supplies released through Call-Off/Purchase Orders during the agreement period without any minimum order guarantee. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and STRN/GST registration, compliance with qualification requirements, and no blacklisting or debarment by any procuring agency or PPRA. Delivery is expected within 15 days of each Call-Off/Purchase Order unless otherwise specified. The bid submission deadline is 12:00 PM on 12.10.2026 via EPADS 2.0, with bid opening at 12:30 PM the same day at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad.
