Procurement of Stationery, Computer Consumables, Cleaning, Pantry, Electrical and Miscellaneous Items for 2026-27

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Islamabad invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of a comprehensive range of stationery, computer consumables, cleaning and hygiene products, pantry items, electrical goods, and miscellaneous supplies for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under contract reference P134964 with a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - Stationery items such as Ball Point 0.8 (Superior), Ball Dollar Clipper + BP1, Diary Register No.10, File Boards and Covers, Gum Stick, Lead Pencils, Markers, Punch Single Hole, Rubber Erasers, Registers, Scotch Tape, Stapler Machines, White Fluid Pen, Highlighters, Log Books, Post it Pads, Rubber Bands, Scales, and more. - Paper products including various sizes and types of envelopes, note sheet pads, offset papers of different GSM, paper clips, paper cutters, slip books, and color paper reams. - Computer consumables comprising original OEM toners for various HP, Xerox, Samsung, and Panasonic printers and fax machines, computer mice, keyboards, and flash drives of 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB capacities. - Cleaning and hygiene items such as air fresheners, brooms, buckets, dusters, dust bins, hand wash liquids, phenyl, tissue papers, toilet brushes, towels, gloves, dishwashing liquids, and sponges. - Pantry items including electric kettles, glass cleaners, glass jugs, wipers, scissors, and tumblers. - Electrical items like ceiling LED panel lights, tube lights, and LED bulbs. - Miscellaneous items including acids, back care supports, bathroom cleaners, blazers, call bells, car perfumes and polishes, rechargeable batteries, dashboard polish, insect killers, soaps, packing cloth, floor cleaners, laundry products, and engagement stands. All items must be brand-new, of high quality, conforming to prescribed specifications and approved samples, and supplied in original manufacturer packaging. The Ministry reserves the right to inspect and reject any non-conforming, defective, damaged, expired, or counterfeit items. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and other relevant authorities, and must submit bids accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by **October 20, 2026, 11:00 AM**. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically to the Section Officer (General), 1st Floor Khosar Block, Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony, Islamabad before the deadline.
