Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery and Other Items

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala invites sealed/electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure from eligible and reputed firms, authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers with relevant experience and valid registrations for procurement of the following items in Gujranwala city. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Stationery (Estimated Cost Rs. 3,500,000, Bid Security Rs. 175,000) - Lot-2: Computer Stationery (Estimated Cost Rs. 2,000,000, Bid Security Rs. 100,000) - Lot-3: Other Items (Estimated Cost Rs. 1,800,000, Bid Security Rs. 90,000) The total estimated cost is Rs. 7,300,000 with a total bid security of Rs. 365,000. Bids must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-Procurement/e-PADS by 17 October 2026 at 10:30 AM. Opening of bids will be on the same day at 11:30 AM in the Chamber of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Sessions Court Gujranwala. Bid security must be 5% of the estimated cost of the relevant lot in the prescribed form. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the Accounts Branch, Office of the District & Sessions Judge Gujranwala within the prescribed time. Bidders must possess valid NTN/Income Tax Registration, Sales Tax Registration, Punjab Sales Tax/Professional Tax registration where applicable, and relevant experience/similar work orders as required under bidding documents. The successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee/security of the accepted contract value where required. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes, duties, freight, transportation, delivery, and incidental charges as specified in the e-PADS schedule.
