Tender for Procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items for Financial Year 2026-2027

The Directorate General of Internal Audit (IR) under the Revenue Division/Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items for the Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement is planned under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal for registered bidders. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 10:30 AM. Items being procured: - Stationery items including Ball Pens (0.7mm, 0.8mm), Rollerball Pens, Liquid Ink Rollerball Pens, Counter Pens, Permanent Markers, Table Diaries, Dak Pads, Ink Blue/Black, Double Hole Punches, Draft Pads (A4, A5), Envelopes (various sizes and weights), Erasers, White Fluid Sets, File Boards, File Covers, File Trays, Steel Scales, Gum Sticks, Highlighters, Stamp Pads, Lead Pencils, Log Books, Movement Registers, Scissors, Masking Tape, Name Cards, Note Sheet Pads, Various Paper types (Legal, A4, A3, Color), Packing Tape, Paper Clips, Paper Cutters, Paper Trimmers, Paper Shredder Machines, Paper Pins, Peon Books, Pen Jars, Post It Pads and Flags, Red Paper Seal Stickers, Rubber Bands, Attendance Registers, Register Diaries, Separator Sets, File Registers, Ruler Registers, Scotch Tapes, Tape Dispensers, Binding Tapes, Transparent Plastic Sheets, Sharpeners, Short Hand Note Books, Single Hole Punches, Slip Pads, Stapler Machines and Pins, Table Sets, Tags, Telephone Indexes. - Computer Stationery items including USB Pen Drives (16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB), Digital Video Discs (DVD RW), Toner Cartridges for various printer models (HP, Sharp, Konica, Panasonic), VGA and HDMI Cables (various lengths), Wireless Keyboards and Mice, Mouse Pads with Wrist Support, Hard Disks (2TB), SSDs (NVMe PCIe 2230 and 2242), Computer Power Cables, and Computer Cleaner Kits. The technical scope covers supply of high-quality stationery and computer peripheral items conforming to specified brands or equivalents, to be delivered as and when required at the Directorate General of Internal Audit office in Islamabad. Bidders must have at least three years' experience supplying similar items to government organizations, be registered with FBR, and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Offices or shops must be located in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Bids must be valid for 90 days. The contract will be initially for one year with possible termination by the Directorate General with one month's notice. Performance Guarantee of 3% of contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Payment will be made in Pakistani Rupees against actual invoices. Bidders are advised to register early on EPADS and carefully follow all instructions to avoid disqualification.
