Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Other Store Items, and Office Furniture for Financial Year 2026-27

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of stationery, computer stationery (toners), other store items, and office furniture for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is under a framework agreement allowing continuous or repeated supply over the year. The procurement is specifically for the Ministry based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi metropolitan limits. Items being procured: - Office Stationery Items including Agreement Folder, Ball Pens (Uniball, Dollar Clipper, Piano), Box Files (A4, F4), Calculators (Casio, Deli), Computer Paper (A4, Legal size), Desk Organizers, Diaries, Envelopes (White and Brown, various sizes), File Boards, Glue Sticks, Highlighters, Markers, Notebooks, Paper Clips, Plastic File Folders, Post it Note Pads, Punch Machines, Scissors, Staple Machines and Pins, Telephone Index, White Boards, and many more totaling 121 items. - Computer Stationery Items including HP Original Toners (various LaserJet models), Compatible Toners (Success/Esta), Samsung, Canon, Xerox, Kyocera, Konica Minolta, Panasonic, SAVIN, Sharp toners totaling 60 items. - Other Store Items including Air Fresheners, Back Care Cushions, Brooms, Cell Batteries, Coffee Mixer, Commode Sets, Dinner Sets, Disinfectant Sprays, Electric Kettles, Fans, Flash Drives, Heaters, HP Printers, Humidifiers, Insect Killer Sprays, Keyboards, Locks, Mice, Paper Shredders, Pedestal Fans, Phenyl, Power Cables, Printers, Scanners, Soaps, Souvenirs, Surface Cleaners, Tea Sets, Tissue Papers, Towels, Tube Lights, Umbrellas, Wall Clocks, Washing Powders, Water Bottles, and more totaling 152 items. - Office Furniture Fixture Items including Wooden Center Tables, Coat Hanger Stands, Computer Chairs, Executive Revolving Chairs, Executive Tables with side racks, Nest Table Sets, Sofas, Visitor Chairs totaling 8 items. The technical scope covers supply of branded and premium quality items as per samples and specifications provided. For toners, only original HP toners are accepted for HP printers; compatible toners other than HP China are preferred subject to quality approval. The Ministry reserves the right to verify authenticity and quality and may request samples before financial bid opening. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, vendor number from AGPR Islamabad, relevant experience, financial soundness, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. Bidders must have an established local office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
