Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, Printing, Others, Stores, Entertainment & Gifts by Information Technology & Innovation Department Punjab

The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of Punjab, invites bids for procurement of various goods under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at registered companies, firms, and suppliers capable of supplying the listed items in Lahore. Items being procured: - A03901-Stationery (Estimated Cost Rs. 15,000,000) - A03955-Computer Stationery (Estimated Cost Rs. 30,000,000) - A03902-Printing and Publication (Estimated Cost Rs. 10,000,000) - A03970-Others (Estimated Cost Rs. 20,000,000) - A03942-Cost of Other Stores (Estimated Cost Rs. 10,000,000) - A06301-Entertainment & Gifts (Estimated Cost Rs. 18,000,000) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit technical and financial bids online via the E-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 14th October 2026 at 02:30 p.m. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 p.m. A sealed copy of the bid may also be submitted to the office of the Section Officer (General), Information Technology & Innovation Department. Eligibility criteria include valid income and sales tax registration certificates and compliance with tender document requirements. Bidders are advised to register at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk for electronic bid submission. Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected.
