Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery, General Order/Miscellaneous Goods and Uniform Items through Closed Framework Agreement (FY 2026-27)

The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites electronic bids through EPADS 2.0 from eligible and reputable firms/suppliers for entering into Closed Framework Agreements valid for one year (01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027). The procurement is for supply of stationery, computer stationery, general order/miscellaneous goods, and uniform items on an as-and-when-required basis against Call-Off/Purchase Orders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended), including Rule 16A and applicable PPRA regulations. Items being procured: - Lot-1: Stationery - Lot-2: Computer Stationery - Lot-3: General Order/Miscellaneous Goods - Lot-4: Uniform Items The procurement will be conducted lot-wise with each lot evaluated and awarded independently. Bidders may quote for one, several, or all lots; however, partial or split awards within a single lot are not permitted. The bid security for each lot is Rs. 50,000 payable in favor of DDO, Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS 2.0 only; manual or physical bids will not be entertained. The bid submission deadline is 12:00 PM on 12.10.2026, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day electronically at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad. Delivery of items will be within 15 days of issuance of each Call-Off/Purchase Order unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.
