Tender Description
The Health Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids for the procurement of stationery and general items under a framework agreement. This tender is issued by the Establishment of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Information and Service Delivery Unit (KP-HISDU) based in Peshawar. The procurement covers a variety of stationery and general office supplies required to support the department’s administrative functions.
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by 1st June 2026 at 2:00 pm. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm. Manual submissions are not accepted. A bid security of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Project Director KP-HISDU is mandatory and must be uploaded with the bid. The original bid security must also be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid closing time.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and must comply with all mandatory eligibility criteria detailed in the bid solicitation documents. These documents can be downloaded from the official KP PPRA website and the e-PADS portal. Experience in supplying similar items to government departments will be advantageous.
The submission deadline is strictly enforced, and bidders are advised to ensure their electronic bids are complete and uploaded well before the closing time to avoid last-minute technical issues. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KP Public Procurement Rules 2014.
