Procurement of Stationery Items, General Items, IT Equipment, Machinery/Equipment and Furniture Items

The National Security Division (NSD) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of a comprehensive range of goods including stationery items, general office items, IT equipment, machinery/equipment, and furniture items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under the National Security Division's budget and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Stationery items including various types of papers, pens, files, registers, clips, and other office consumables - General items such as air fresheners, dusters, kitchen and dining ware, cleaning supplies, fans, and other office utilities - IT equipment including desktop computers, printers, scanners, color printers, USB drives, antivirus software, and related accessories - Machinery and multimedia equipment including water dispensers, refrigerators, projectors, LED TVs, photocopiers, air conditioners, and cameras - Furniture items including executive tables, chairs, sofas, filing cabinets, racks, and other office furniture as per detailed specifications The technical scope covers supply of brand new, high-quality goods conforming to specified standards and brand warranties. The procurement requires bidders to be registered firms with valid NTN, GST certificates, and active tax payer status. Bidders must have a minimum of five years relevant experience, a registered office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and demonstrate financial capacity with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 10 million. Bid security of 3% of the total bid value is mandatory. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on August 25, 2026, and bid submission deadline on September 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day via EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS with original bid security submitted physically to the NSD office in Islamabad. Manual bids or late submissions will be rejected. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed specifications and eligibility criteria in the bidding documents available on EPADS, NSD, and PPRA websites. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Successful bidders will be responsible for timely delivery and installation where applicable, with penalties for delays or substandard supplies.
