Delivery is to be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of award of contract at the EDB complex building 5-A Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates, active taxpayers on FBR's ATL, with minimum three years of relevant experience, and non-blacklisted. Authorization documents are mandatory for branded items like HP cartridges. A bid security of 2% of the total quoted bid value must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR in favor of Engineering Development Board (EDB). Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 and hard copy of bid security physically before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder following the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on EPADS v2.0 platform, as manual or late submissions will be disqualified. Also, carefully review all specifications and eligibility documents to avoid disqualification due to incomplete or non-compliant bids.
